Do I need to subscribe before downloading any deal?

No, you can download the deal without subscribing to a newsletter. By registering with us, the process becomes smoother as we start recognizing you as a regular Hotdeals customer. For saving the deal, just click the Email / SMS button and fill in your details. We'll send you a HotDeals coupon over email and / or SMS.

Is it mandatory to use the coupon same day of downloading?

All Hotdeals have their validity specified in the deal description . Most of our deals carry validity over couple of weeks, so you can use it at your leisure. But don't forget to check deal details under description and expiry date of the deal.

What if I need to receive daily deal alerts running in my city?

After you register with us for the deal, the deal coupon is sent to your email and / or mobile number. Please show your HotDeals Coupon (Print/SMS) at the Store / Restaurant / Retailer location and pay the amount specified on the deal coupon to avail the discount.

Can I download more than 1 deal coupon? Can I redeem multiple deal coupons at the same time?

Yes, you can download more than 1 Hotdeal coupon unless the details under the deal description for any deal explicitly restrict the use of more than 1 Hotdeal coupon.

Do I need to print my coupon?

No, you can carry the deal coupon as an SMS as well to redeem the deal.

What if I miss the expiry date of the deal coupon?

All the customers are requested to redeem the deal coupon before it expires. The expiry date is specified on the deal coupon. I haven't received the mobile activation code. How can I activate my account?

Hotdeals does not authenticate your Mobile number, you can currently activate your account by registering your email id with us.

How can I change my registered email id?
