As a part of the normal operations, we may share your information with Deal providersFor example, if you send a particular deal from our website to your mobile or email address, we will have to provide the list of customers who would be interested in consuming the Deal Provider’s product or service. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on the Website. In addition, in may be impossible for us to completely delete all of your information because we periodically backup information.

As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, although it may be required to engage in a certain activity on the Website.
As a condition of subscribing to our deals related to Deal Provider products and services, we will send you Promotional emails. Promotional Emails advertise our products and services, including exclusive sales and other offers, and/or the products and services of our Advertisers and Affiliates. Refund Policy

1. In case of transaction failure, wherein the user has not received the service despite his or account been debited with the amount, an issue can be raised by him or her.

2. Refund can be made either fully or partially. In case of full refund, the customer will be entitled to get the entire amount of transaction while partial refund involves the refund of only sum of amount from the base amount and is decided by the service provider.

3. The duration of refund process for getting the amount credited back to the customer’s account will be T+2 days where T stands for the refund mark date.

4. Debit card related refunds will require 3-4 working days (excluding holidays) while transactions related to credit cards will require 14-15 working days (excluding holidays).
